GEOLOGICAL SETTING

The property sits over the northeastern margin of the Athabasca Basin where shallow sandstone cover overlies Proterozoic basement metasedimentary rocks. The primary structural control is the Fond-du-Lac Fault system, which acted as a major regional engine focusing uranium-rich hydrothermal fluids over long distances. High-grade mineralisation is targeted where basement graphitic faults crosscut the sub-Athabasca unconformity. Strong regional gamma-ray spectrometry confirms this fertile uranium signature flows directly southwest into Maverick’s tenements.

Multi-element anomalism across regional radiometrics, gravity, magnetics, and lake sediment samples define a prominent, fertile uranium corridor

Historical drill tests in the centre of the project were halted early, inadvertently testing shallow conductive basin sediments rather than the high-priority basement conductors at the true unconformity
